Immerse yourself in this dream activation & sound healing ceremony at Alchemy Studio in Revelstoke, BC. Join us as we share, explore, and bless our dreams together. Please arrive early, doors at 7:15pm, to get settled before doors close at 7:30pm.

The night begins with an opening circle & introduction to dream work & the practice of practical manifestation. There will be an invitation to write your dreams down, allowing them to take physical form for the first time. You are then invited to find a comfortable seat or recline on a yoga mat (you must provide your own mat). Rachel will drop us into a guided meditation, and then into the live channeled heart song of the group. 

A heart song is exactly as it sounds, the song of our heart. With this being a group session, this will be the collective heart song of the group. You will be bathed in vocal tones and harmonies Rachel lays down on her loop station. Once guided out of the sound bath, the experience will end with a closing circle and opportunity to share our dreams with each other.

What to bring:
