Description
This Immersion & Training is the best of all three – Mindfulness Pilates & Yoga.
It's for both students & teachers of Yoga Pilates or Fitness who want a three day immerson including these three great modalities blended together. This one is in winter so we have included a Hot Yoga Pilates component to give you a variety of experiences and ways to practice and teach to keep you and your teachers inspired, fit and mindful.
Physically you will experience a Therapeutic Sequence & variations, nourishing the pelvic floor, subtle & deep core, our ‘glorious glutes’ and the spine
Mentally you will experience focus , clarity & freedom using Subtle Body Meditation Techniques, interweaving Mindfulness Teachings & an opportunity to revise & strengthen what’s most important
Emotionally you will have an opportunity to reconnect with your core values, learn connections between the Subtle Body, our mentality & physicality and how this connection can help us heal or feel better about ourselves.
Overall this is a whole body & mind approach covering traditional philosophy, pranayama techniques & meditation blended with muscle activation, release along with the use of props such as the Pilates Ring, Corgeous Ball & Roll & Release balls.
You are welcome to take this as a personal retreat immersion to get fit, healthy and learn a lot about these key areas of mind / body connection OR
Gain Certification hours toward our 300hr or 500hr Teacher Training Qualifications.
Current Teachers or Health & Fitness Professionals can gain Continuing Education Credits with Yoga Australia & Yoga Alliance
