This 90-minute harmonious event is designed to revitalize your mind, body, and spirit through a unique blend of yoga and sound healing. Anisha will first lead a recharging, revilatizing yoga flow to fuel and feed the soul.  The final 30 minutes of this experience, Anisha will seamlessly guide students into a restful, relaxing sound journey with the use of various instrumental frequencies, fostering healing, self-love, and compassion. Yoga combined with sound healing offers your nervous system the opportunity to down-regulate and feel a deep sense of inner peace, allowing for better self-understanding and resilience in an all-too-often overly busy lifestyle. This deep inner conversation is exactly what we all need amongst the noise and chaos of the world!
