Kizomba Fundamentals is a 1-2 month course that will cover the main elements that distinguish Kizomba from other styles: Difference in frame & posture, how we connect with our partner, timing and structure of the music, and ‘ginga’ body movement. We will also cover the basic steps in this class, which will prepare you for Core Level moves.
