Join Kat for an evening honoring the spring equinox, a day when the day and night are equal length. A time to celebrate making it through the long, dark winter with themes of renewal, rebirth and awakening. This event will include gentle yoga, meditation, quiet reflection time, and sharing. We will end with a tea ceremony, drinking tea ade with a locally grown herbal blend. Wear something comfortable and bring a journal and something to write with.
