About Breathwork: 

Breathwork is a powerful practice rooted in ancient spiritual wisdom and proven by cutting-edge research. The breathwork technique we’ll use, SOMA Breath, includes a three-part pattern of pranayama and breath holds, which focuses on harmonizing, optimizing, and healing your body’s systems holistically. Those who are seasoned or brand new to breathwork will enjoy this safe container to connect deeply within and access inner healing with the power of your breath.
