Session 3 - Healing Your Upper Body - August 10 in Rancho Cucamonga

In this interactive workshop, certified Hanna Somatic Educator Seiji Davis will address unconscious neck and/or shoulder tension which can result in pain and discomfort You will be learning somatic movement techniques that reteach your brain how to consciously let go of tension so that you can restore your body to its natural state where it is relaxed and has no pain with plenty of strength and flexibility.

Somatic movements practiced in this workshop are slow, gentle and kind to the body so they are suitable for most people with a variety of needs. . If you are a beginner to somatic movement you can join any time!

The workshop will be recorded with consent of the participants. The recordings will be available FREE for all participants for continuous learning. It can also be purchased at a later date if you can’t make it to the workshop.

 

Facilitator Bio:

Seiji Davis is a certified Hanna Somatic Educator, an ABA Behavior Therapist and Sound Healer.  He travels internationally and teaches workshops in Somatic Healing movement and organizes Somatic Healing retreats.
