Begin your day with some movement, stretching and breath work. There are numerous benefits of doing an early-bird yoga practice which will last all day long. You can set the tone for the day to be relaxed, better enabling you to deal with stress and anxiety. Yoga movements will get rid of stiffness and restore agility and flexibility. You will wake up your body’s systems and white blood cells (the disease fighters) to help stimulate your immune system and boost your metabolism. Join this 45 minute class to get a head start on your day.
