Details:
Join us for a Trans affirming community yoga class.

Our mission is to be able to share the life-changing benefits of yoga with all people.

This yoga class will be held in a heated room for 90 minutes. All levels are welcome. We teach beginner-friendly postures. It’s ok to take as many breaks as you need to in class.

The studio currently has a group changing space and 1 single stall bathroom.
 
Students often wear minimal clothing/no shirts. We welcome you to dress in your most authentic and comfortable clothes.

This is a monthly event. Classes will start at 3:30 PM. Future dates are:
