Our Senior Dragon Youth Kickboxing Program is a 10 week introduction to the sport of kickboxing for girls aged 10-17

Classes include:

- Warm-ups

- Strength Training

- Martial Arts Tenents

- Striking Drills

- Bag Work

- Games

All paricipants will receive gloves, uniform and draw string bag.

Please ensure your child is wearing the full uniform and bring gloves every class.
