THIS IS THE ONLINE COURSE
Osteoporosis and Osteopenia can be a scary diagnosis for anyone but Yoga is the answer for people who want to have strong bones. We all want to stay strong, flexible, and pain free.
This workshop is for you and best part is that no yoga experience is necessary.
This accessible practice will give you skills and tools to help you find health, create stronger bones, stronger muscles and joints and help you connect to your body and find peace of mind.
Yoga is a simple, silent, inexpensive, and impact free way of applying the force that your bones need to build and stay strong.
We are a small community studio, we do not offer refunds and all purchases are non transferrable.
There are two sessions. 5/8 and 5/15 from 5-6:30 pm.
Handouts will be sent as a pdf to your email on 5/5.
