Tammy at SoulShine Studios as they guide you into a relaxing
evening starting with a short breathing meditation and gentle,
seated yogic stretches to help ease you into a restful space.
Get comfy on a yoga mat as you become deeply immersed and bathed in
sound waves. Allow your mind to drift away as you experience
sounds from a variety of soothing instruments from across the
realm. It is recommended to wear comfortable clothes as you
will be laying on a yoga mat (or seated in a chair) during the
sound bath experience.
You may hear a
gong, singing bowls, chimes, handpans or other instruments that
harness the frequencies of the elements. Vibrations created
by these overtone emitting instruments harmonize water molecules
within our bodies, creating balance and peace while decreasing
anxiety and stress levels.
When the sound
bath is over, enjoy a soothing beverage as you ease into the
evening. We will have hot tea with locally sourced honey
