Join Metta for a meditation series from 11am - 1pm on “odd” Sundays including 15 minutes to gather, a 90 minute session with introductions, overview, guided meditation, prayer, journaling/ reflection, intention/ manifestation linked to moon/ calendar, 20 minutes for sharing, closing prayer, and 15 minutes to disperse.

Try a one-time session as an introduction on 1/5/2025 for $40 ($35 for Unlimited members with code UNLIMITED).

A series will then run from January 19th through April on “odd” Sundays (the first, third, and fifth Sundays of each month:  Jan 19, Feb 2, Feb 16, March 2, March 16, March 30, April 6, April 20) from 11am - 1pm.
