Embark on a journey of healing through the crystals! Invite your body to experience the clearing energy of crystal instruments, give yourself an energetic spring cleaning. Crystal bowls invite you to tune into your energetic body and the space around you. Elizabeth tunes into the energetics and vibration of the group that comes together and intuitively plays her sound from that place. You will experience crystal singing bowls in different tones and a crystal pryamid, each offering their unique healing sound. Instruments will also be brought around your body to experience the sound and vibration up close. This experience is designed to bring you into harmony with your body, mind, and being. Please be mindful crystal energy is powerful and can be challenging for some to experience!

This journey will include:

-breath awareness

-guided meditation

-at least 45 minutes of crystal sound healing

This healing journey will held at The Refinery Academy of Dance: 904 S 300 W, Heber City, Ut 84032

There is an option for this event to purchase tickets for groups of 2 and 3, just follow the enrollment process and you will see the option just before the paymant process!

This event will be pulled from the website and you will no longer be able to register at 3:00 pm on 4/26/25.

This is a dance studio so you will need to bring your own mat or chair, water bottle, blankets, bolsters, or pillows for your comfort. If you wish to bring a journal to record any insights you receive during your session, it is encouraged.

There is parking at the studio.
