Awaken your body’s energetic pathways in this three-week yoga workshop designed to harmonize the meridian system. Each week, we’ll focus on a specific pair of meridians, using Yin Yoga postures, mindful breathwork, and guided intention to release stagnation and restore vitality.
Week 1: Lung Meridian – Open the chest and shoulders to cultivate breath, release grief, and invite fresh inspiration.
Week 2: Liver Meridian – Stimulate the inner legs and hips to detoxify, release anger, and foster creativity and flow.
Week 3: Stomach Meridian – Engage the front body and quads to balance digestion, transform worry, and ground your energy
Jordan Lindstrom-Demant loves Yoga for its mental, emotional, physical healing power and powerful effective practices. In 2013 she undertook an immersive month of Kundalini teacher training in Espanola, New Mexico, and has currently completed 500 hours of Kundalini yoga training and been accepted into the Aquarian Teacher Academy. Jordan has participated in numerous other teacher trainings, studying Yin yoga, Meditation and Pranayama, Clarity Breathwork, Clearlight Healing, Sacred Art and Yoga therapy. Her mission is to use the practice of Yoga to bring more peace and joy to those in the community.
