In this class we will embrace the supportive elements around us in this fall season, as we dive deep into what seeks healing in our hearts and lives. 

We will “tap” through what ails us, as we release that which is no longer needed.

This class is a Guided Group EFT tapping session with Qi flow movements and Sound healing to integrate. This practice will be helpful in embracing our vulnerable feelings with love & empathy, releasing doubts & fears, disappointments or other stressors and empowering our natural state of being. 

Mariah Ambika is a seasoned practitioner in the healing arts. She specializes in Transformative Group Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) workshops. She is a facilitator as well as a Yoga and qigong teacher, Energy healing practitioner & Sound healer. Mariah is the founder of Awaken Heart Center, a platform where she shares insights about her work and offers information about upcoming classes and events.
