This workshop will expand upon the foundations set in level 1 and is for those who have a strong familiarity with 1-arm spinning and the reverse meathook (aka backflag) position. In this workshop, we will cover all of the pathways for flare to flag, low switch, and high switch. For the more advanced, we will also explore drills for flare to 360 (aka full twist). 

Pre-requisites:

• Consistent flare to nutcracker on 1 arm

• Ability to hold a 1 arm backflag 

• Ability to hold a 1 arm meathook
