'Rei' translates to Universal & 'Ki' Life-force Energy. Reiki is an ancient healing art, in which the practitioner channels Life-force energy through the hands into the recipient. The energy is gentle and effective, aiding in healing physically, energetically, emotionally, and spiritually. It clears blockages while realigning the individual with optimal well-being.

Meet Your Instructor

Jennifer is an Embodiment & Energy Practitioner. She utilizes Reiki, Sound Healing, Yoga/ Movement, Breathwork, Journeying, Light Language, & Spiritual Counseling to assist clients clear & balance their multidimensional bodies & re-align with their Soul Self.
