Description
This workshops embodies the journey through our most common emotions and experiences, that have shaped our human experience.
We will explore the correlation of your body posture, quality of breath, your energy level and your emotions.
You will learn about the anatomy, where and how emotions like fear, joy,sadness and anger create blockages in your body.
How to release or increase emotions while developing your awareness.
You will learn, understand and integrate through theory, physical practise of yoga poses, somatic exercises and breath work.
