Join Roxy for a deeply relaxing prenatal yoga and qigong workshop, creating a nurturing space for you to release tension and stress, whilst promoting relaxation, overall resilience and boosting mental wellbeing.
Connect with your body as it adapts and foster a profound connection with your baby, whilst exploring postures and breath to prepare for labor and beyond!
What to expect...
- Breath practice and pelvic floor awareness
- Gentle yoga postures to enhance flexibility and strength (birthing preparation)
- Qigong flow to increase vitality and balance of vital energy
Tea and snack break whilst we chat and catch up with other expectant mamas
- Meditation (cosy up with bolsters, blankets and enjoy shoulder and neck adjustments)
Alleviate discomfort and promote deep relaxation, learn breathing techniques to calm your mind and create a sense of peace.
