Discover your unique voice through embodiment practices like breathwork, vocal toning, improv, and song. We'll look to the chakra system to understand your relationship with your voice and begin harnessing vocal power to self regulate and speak with presence.

Please bring a mug for tea, a journal, and something special to decorate the altar.

This workshop is part of a day immersion of soulful offerings guided by Ghanay Gloude. Workshops are $33 if purchased indivdually or $88 for all three. About the Facilitator: 
Ghanay currently lives in Colorado, but is a Peoria native. She's a full-time musician and sound journey practitioner. She also lends support to her community with breathwork classes, vocal activation, tarot readings, and women's circles. Ghanay values embodiment practices that bring her into balance and connection with the real and the unseen, and humbly seeks to aid others in the process of remembering.
