Purchasing Multiple Tickets:

If you purchase multiple tickets, for yourself and someone else, please be sure to email us hello@westcoasthotyoga.ca in advance with the name of your guest(s). Our booking system only allows only one person per ticket to be added to the reservation list. Additonal tickets must be assigned to a specific person, in order to be added to the roster. 

Without assignment of the ticket, a silk will not be reserved. Should this occur, and your guest arrives to a sold out workshop, they can either attend on the floor, rather than a silk, or wait for another month. 

Late Arrivals:
Please ensure you arrive 15 minutes early to check in with the front desk, sign waivers and have your silk height adjusted ALL BEFORE class commence. LATE ARRIVALS WILL NOT BE ADMITTED INTO CLASS as it is disruptive and takes additional time away from the other participants. Refunds are not issues for late arrivals, nor are tickets transferable. 

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are not offered for this program. We ask all clients to carefully consider their needs, review program inclusions and ask questions prior to registering. Should you be unable to attend for any reason, including illness, you may gift your regitration to a family or friend. 

These specialty events typically sell out quickly, and spots are reserved and held for those registered. We understand life happens, however,  last minute cancellations do not give us enough time to recoup the cost, or the lost opportunity of those who were turned away, in the case of sold out events. For that reason, tickets are non-refundable or transferable. 

If insufficient numbers are booked into your program, we may have to cancel the session. In this instance you will be offered a spot in another session, or offered a full refund

Communication:
By registering for our program, You consent to receive communication and updates on important class information including but not limited to, schedule changes or cancellations, special event and classes, and health and safety notices. You will be added to the email list to ensure efficient communication of studio announcements. I understand that I can unsubscribe from this list at any time. 

You will recieve an email 12-24 hrs prior to class with preparation details and specifics for your program, such as, what to wear, bring and expect in your time. 

Missed Classes:
Missed classes are at the cost of the individual. Make up classes are not offered for this programmimg.
