Join Taralee for a night of Yoga Celebration! The evening will include a cacao ceremony focusing on gratitude followed by a lively glow yoga class with glow sticks, great music, and little different twist on yoga! This will be a fun and upbeat flow class. All levels welcome. 

Taralee Trammell has been teaching since 2009
and has a business called A Balanced Life. She specializes in teaching yoga to seniors, people in recovery, and the overall public. She loves to laugh, have fun, and be present! Join us!
