Are you ready to rejuvenate your body and mind? Our Ayurvedic-inspired cleanse is designed for those eager to embrace wellness and enhance their vitality. Over the course of four transformative weeks, you’ll discover the profound benefits of seasonal cleansing, nourishing your body from the inside out. Hybrid format.
Week 1: Understanding the Cleanse Kick off your journey by exploring the principles of cleansing and why it’s essential as the seasons shift. We’ll discuss how to identify and eliminate inflammatory foods from your diet, while addressing lifestyle habits that hinder your digestive fire. This foundational week sets the stage for deeper healing. (in Person 75min)
Week 2: Nourish with the Right Foods for Detox and Digestion This week we will explore the connection between your body’s rhythms and detoxification. We learn about liver-supporting foods, maintaining strong digestion (Agni), and natural ways to eliminate toxins. We’ll dive into curated menus and meals for the week and discuss how to sustain digestive fire. Plus, enjoy a cooking demo of Kitchari, the essential dish for balance and vitality. (Zoom 90 min)
Week 3: Awaken Your Senses with the 7 Tastes of Ayurveda: Immerse yourself in the vibrant and sensory world of Ayurveda as you explore the seven essential tastes—sweet, sour, salty, bitter, astringent, pungent, and umami. Each taste has a unique role in digestion and overall well-being. You’ll learn how to craft meals that burst with flavor and color, bringing harmony to your body and mind. Through an interactive experience, you'll discover how to balance these tastes to enhance digestion, boost vitality, and create deeply nourishing, satisfying meals. Together, we’ll explore pantry essentials and dive into the art of Ayurvedic meal-building, setting you up for a lifetime of mindful eating and vibrant health. (Zoom 75min)
Week 4: Nourishing from Within In our final week, we’ll emphasize the importance of mindfulness, slowing down, and creating sustainable lifestyle habits. You’ll learn how to integrate these practices into your daily life, ensuring that the benefits of your cleanse extend far beyond the four weeks, and tips to stay on track as we enter the holiday season. We will celebrate our success together at the studio. (In Person 75 min)
