“Unburdening your heart through emotional release” helps reduce heaviness in our lives and improves mental clarity by alleviating symptoms of anxiety we carry.  It fosters healthier relationships by working through past hurts and increases emotional resilience for future challenges. Releasing emotional weight leads to a sense of greater inner peace, enhanced self-regard, and personal growth. Overall, it contributes to improved well-being, including better physical health and a more balanced life.

 

In this class Maria and Jenine will create a compassionate atmosphere where you can individually heal within the embrace of the greater healing power of our Sweet Serenity community. Come join them for this 2 hour “Unburden Your Heart” class which is designed to help you release unexpressed  hurts in a safe and supportive space to process the weight of heavy burdens you’ve been carrying, using integrated techniques and strategies to lighten your heart and mind. 

 

In thier workshop, you'll engage in guided meditation, mindfulness practices, reflective journaling, and Somatic movement to release unresolved wounds, beliefs, emotions, and stress. You'll leave the class feeling lighter, and more empowered through your healing.
