Air Relief Academy is a three week AERIAL YOGA COURSE, specialized to take you from the basics of an aerial practice to flying with confidence!! ‍ ‍ 

This 3 week course will teach you how to use Purusa’s Aerial Hammocks as a fun prop to deepen your yoga practice and begin to find relief to help you release pressure and ease chronic neck, shoulder, and back pain with breath and movement!  Fly in our FULLY SUPPORTIVE YOGA HAMMOCKS!  

This course is accessible to EVERY BODY, and can be as gentle or challenging as you like!
