The Full Moon is on her way!! Join us for a cosmically fueled full moon experience. We'll flow under the moonlight and learn about the cosmic energy to be harnessed for reflection and transformation!

Tarot, smoke cleansing, and other spiritual rituals are infused through the class to connect our wild hearts to the expansive and infinite universe.

Every full moon class ends in an extra long Savasana to soak up a sound bath of crystal bowls and Koshi chimes to shake the dust off our souls.

This class is held outside, weather permitting. If it rains, or if temperature is below 55 degrees, class will be moved indoors.

All students must check in at the front desk before setting up your mat on the deck or in-studio.

Arrive 20+ minutes before class starts. Class begins on time and students arriving late are not able to participate in class. Thank you for helping us hold space for our students already in moving meditation.

Please stay for the entire class. Savasana is built into every single class and is the most important pose of the practice. Thank you for understanding that leaving early is disruptive in both indoor and outdoor classes. Give yourself permission to stay and experience the entire class. 

The mat is a Cell Phone Free Zone. Please silence or turn off your devices during practice. Devices should be placed in a cubby or out of sight. We have to disconnect from outside distractions so we can connect within.  

Parking. We have parking available in front of the studio and a parking lot behind the studio.  To enter the lot behind the studio, take the driveway into Westlake Medical Center, stay right and you will see our gate.  Please note that absolutely NO parking is allowed in the Westlake Medical Center lot before 5pm Monday through Friday. They will tow. You may park in the Westlake Medical Center any time on Sundays, after 1pm on Saturdays, and after 5pm on weekdays.
