For years, Derek has embarked on a profound journey of self-discovery, continually refining his approach to personal transformation. Through the wisdom of mentors, coaches, and his exploration of diverse modalities from around the world, he has honed powerful tools to guide others in their own transformation.

This path inspired the creation of *iLLUMINATION Coaching & Breathwork*, where he blends his experiences into breathwork journeys and rapid timeline-shifting programs designed to ignite inner power and accelerate lasting change.

Breathwork has been a life-saving practice for Derek, helping to dismantle limiting beliefs and outdated thought patterns that once held him back. It reconnected him to his authentic self, which is why sharing breathwork is not only his passion but also his purpose.

Outside of this work, Derek is the proud father of an amazing 18-year-old son and a lover of all things nature, energy, philosophy, and play.
