Join us for a 4 week session appropriate for elementary school aged children from approximately age 8 - 12 years old.

Classes will include:
- community building exercises
- breath work, mindfulness, and meditation activities
- movement through yoga sequencing and games

These classes are aimed at bringing yoga and mindfulness to kids in a way that is fun and engaging while developing skills that they can use on and off the mat.
