• History and Origins: Students learn about the history of Reiki, its Japanese roots, and its founder, Mikao Usui. This includes understanding the philosophy behind Reiki as a healing system.
• Basic Concepts: The core idea in Reiki is that energy flows through the body, and disruptions or blockages in this flow can lead to illness or stress. Reiki aims to restore balance by channeling energy through the practitioner’s hands.
