Yoga Nidra is known for reducing stress and anxiety, improving sleep quality, enhancing self-awareness, and promoting overall mental and emotional well-being. It helps activate the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting a restorative state for the body and mind.
Combining Yoga Nidra with floating can enhance the relaxation experience. Practicing Yoga Nidra while floating can allow for deeper relaxation, as the physical sensation of floating may help release tension and stress. Practicing at night could further enhance relaxation, aligning with natural circadian rhythms.
