fullness, a mindful approach that helps prevent overeating and

About Kate:
I’m Kate Lalane Redford, a passionate health and wellness professional with 15 years of experience as a personal trainer and 9 years as a nutrition coach. Recently, I earned my Health and Wellness Coach certification, allowing me to combine my love for fitness with a comprehensive approach to well-being. I thrive on physical challenges, from kickboxing and yoga to CrossFit, strength training, and the occasional mud run.
