Come practice with like-minded yogis; ask questions, experiment, and even have a breakthrough! You'll develop useful, personalized tools to sustain ongoing progress. We’ll cover:

• Strength and flexibility conditioning

• Leveraging breath work and mindfulness

• Classical posture breakdown

• Tailored, precise adjustments

• Identifying and safely overcoming obstacles

Open to teachers and students with an intermediate practice. 1pm to 5pm. Light snack provided. Please bring your own mat!
