from sitting at a desk, driving, or just daily habits, rounded
shoulders can cause tension, discomfort, and poor alignment. Rachel
will be leading you in the first workshop of our series focused on
shoulder alignment and mobility.
In this 75-minute hands-on workshop, we’ll focus on improving
shoulder mobility, upper-body strength, and overall posture using
Pilates principles.
