Sign up for this special competition to support the Rise Up Ninja Foundation! 50% of all revenue will go towards empowering underprivileged youth in the Twin Cities through ninja warrior training. The Rise Up Ninja Foundation provides needs-based grants for membership and training fees, educational outreach, and community building to promote physical activity, mental resilience, and strength.

Format: FINA Speed - Athletes competing in the FINA Speed event will have two opportunities to run a ninja warrior style course consisting of eight specific obstacles. Each course will have a fixed time limit. Athletes are ranked based on their completion time, with penalties added for any missed obstacles.

Age Division: Age divisions are determined based on your age as of January 1, 2025. Please ensure you select your correct division during registration.

Early-bird Registration Price (before convenience fees): $65 ($70 after December 15, 2024)
Sign up now to reserve your spot! Spaces are limited to ensure each group starts as close to the scheduled time as possible. All new participants must sign a waiver.

Spectators: Entry is free for spectators—come and cheer on your favorite athletes!

• Top Flight (13+ Elite): 7:00 PM
