Join Sarah for 4 days of diving deep into our beloved Fusion. This immersion is for students wanting to learn the ins and outs of the method to take their own practice to the next level. We will break down each component and go over the fundamentals of Fusion.
Thursday 1/30 • 5:30pm-8:30pm
The Routine • Introduction to Fusion. Experience a class, dive into the method behind the mayhem and begin to understand the approach to this beautifully intense workout/work-in adventure.
Friday 2/1 • 10am-4pm
The Resistance • Learn the staple poses, postures and strength stances. Focus on proper alignment and muscle activation. Learn how we safely add resistance bands to key poses to create a total body workout every time.
Saturday 2/2 • 10am-4pm
The Rhythm • Explore moving to the music. Pratice shaking, spiraling, dancing and drumming in sync with different songs and beats.
The Release • Discover all the ways Fusion can facilitate moving energy and emotions through the body.
Sunday 2/3 • 9am-2pm
The Race • Experiment with fast, fun cardio bursts. Learn proper movement patterns and modifications.
The Remembering • Put all the pieces together and practice combining movements and flowing from song to song.
Leave this experience with a full heart, satisfyingly sore muscles and a new understanding of Unbound's signature offering.
