DAY 1 (OCOTBER 19TH) STANDING SERIES
Focus on balance, strength and alignment
Time: 10:00AM-12:00PM
- Learn proper alignment and technique for standing postures
- Explore modifications to suit your body and flexibility level
- Focus on improving balance, stability and muscle engagement
- Gain insights into how to protect your joints and enhance posture control
DAY 2 (OCOTBER 20TH) FLOOR SERIES
Focus on flexibility, core strength and relaxation
Time 12:30PM-2:30PM
-Deepen your understanding of floor-based postures for core and spine health
-Discover key modifications to help you ease into deeper stretches
-Enhance flexibility, focus on breathing and reduce stress
-Learn how to release tension and improve recovery.
DAY 2: BONUS CLASS- YOGA SHAPE SHIFTING
Time: 3:00PM-4:30PM (NOT HEATED)
This class was developed by Mary Jarvis, a devoted Bikram Yoga Teacher and practitioner of 40 years, in the early 1990's to get her out of pain and help her become whole again after spine injuries caused by a debilitating car accident.
These specific Body Skills practiced in an exact sequence will help bring you increased strength, flexibility and stamina.
