Do you want to stay in shape but struggle to build healthy habits or feel lost about where to begin in your fitness journey?
Join our Stay in Shape: 8-Week Habit Stacker Challenge and discover the power of consistency in achieving your health and wellness goals.
**What’s Included?**
*Pilates & Yoga Classes: Engage in classes designed to
strengthen and tone your body.

journey to success.

**Who Can Join?**
Everyone is welcome to join the Stay in Shape:
8-Week Habit Stacker Challenge, regardless of age, gender, or
ability, as long as you’re ready to commit to this journey.
You’ll have all the support you need—an accountability buddy, the
guidance of a health and wellness coach, resources, and a
structured framework—but it only works if you’re willing to take
action.
The info and sign-up session is open to all.
For New Dawn
members,
Joining the challenge is FREE. All you need to do is book for the
Info and Sign-up Session.
If you’re not yet
a member: You can attend the info session to see if
it’s right for you. To officially join the challenge, you'll need
to become a member (Bronze, Silver, or Gold) to access our Pilates
and Yoga classes. Learn more about your options here
Please note that our mat Pilates and Yoga classes are held in
different community halls (Thornlands, Cleveland, Victoria Point),
and reformer Pilates classes are offered at our boutique home-based
studio in Cleveland.
