Join Ginny Shaddock for an uplifting, nurturing day retreat that combines yoga practice with mindfulness meditation to shift our mindset as we explore how yoga teaches us to find peace and embrace heartfelt acceptance when challenging circumstances and unexpected change happens in our lives.
This one-day retreat includes gentle yoga, meditation, creative activities, and intimate discussions designed to explore yoga’s most helpful and profound teachings about surrendering to circumstances, finding tolerance and acceptance, and establishing peace in our hearts and minds despite challenges we may be facing.
Come to enjoy a nurturing yoga class, engaging creativity projects, journaling, sharing, and exploring tools you can use moving forward to feel good at times when life stirs up not-so-good feelings. This retreat includes a healthy vegetarian lunch, time to walk the labyrinth or enjoy tea in the garden, and opportunities to experience yoga in an embodied way that brings us to wholeness and reclaims our inner peace.
