Spinning pole is a thing! When you look at social media everyone is doing it. You rarely see static moves anymore, so lets get you ready for the spinning pole world in this series! You will learn the spinning fundamentals, such as how to control your speed and gain momentum when needed, overcome dizziness and smooth transitioning, all while looking graceful and sexy. This class is fun yet challenging at the same time. You will learn spins on the spinning pole and beginner tricks as you progress.

Attire: shorts with no lotion or oils. Sleeveless tops preferred. Heels optional. Socks ok.

Dates for series: 3/31, 4/7, 4/14, and 4/21 Fridays
1 makeup session allowed if everyone in your group agrees to skip a day. 

*Note: All series are non-refundable. One make-up session allowed if more than 1 student misses the same date at teacher's discretion.
