Come celebrate the Fall Equinox with an uplifting evening of movement and meditation you’ll never forgot. Alfie will guide an inspiring Vinyasa Flow that will warm us up for a hypnotic Ecstatic Dance, set to an epic electrifying playlist. Our movement will be balanced by a luxurious soul-soothing sound bath meditation, led by Hannah Demuth. No dance experience is required.
