What you need for the Ice Bath session:
- Swimsuit or anything you don't mind getting wet in.
- Towel for drying off afterward.

- Flip-flops or waterproof shoes to wear around the ice bath area.
- A water bottle to stay hydrated before and after the session.
- Any personal items or accessories you may need for comfort or post-session care.
