In this interactive group, we will explore the valuable resource of dreams as a tool for healing, creativity, self-awareness, and spiritual insight. Learn ways to recall your dreams, draw insight through interpretation and symbolism, and bring them into your waking life. We’ll follow our interactive discussion with a guided Yoga Nidra Meditation. Also called Yoga Sleep, this meditation uses visualization and progressive relaxation techniques to bring our bodies to a deep state of relaxation, and our awareness to the calm liminal space between sleep and awake.  

 

After Yoga Nidra, we’ll hold space for an integration period where you have the opportunity to reflect on your experience and journal, draw, and share any insights or ask questions. As an option, bring a dream to the group, a recent or a memorable one.
