Let's do some energetic Spring Cleaning, shall we? 

During our time together you will enjoy a breathwork practice focused on clearing out the stagnant thoughts, beliefs, and energy in your body and then Reiki will continue this deep clean and release, while also replenishing your energy and realigning you to your Highest Self. 

Not familiar with Reiki? Reiki is like a massage for your energy and your soul. It's deeply relaxing and healing - especially when paired with Breathwork!

This 75-minute session will include the following:

• An overview of what breathwork and Reiki are and what you might experience during our time together

• A guided landing meditation

• An active breathwork session

• Group Reiki energy work

• A guided integration meditation

• Time afterwards to share and ask questions

Join us and get recharged for the season ahead.

Dress in comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and water.
