Workshops with Kiana

·        3:00PM-4:15PM: Spellbinding Splitty Spin Tricks

·        4:30PM-6:00PM: Fembody Flow

·        Cost: $50/each or $90 for BOTH

Spellbinding Splitty Spin Tricks (75 mins): Join the Spellbinding Splitty Spin Tricks workshop to learn intermediate-level moves like the Hands-Free Jade, Twisted Sister, and Archer's Split. You'll start by working on these tricks on a static pole, then progress to practicing them on spin pole. At the end of the workshop, you’ll create enchanting combos using the tricks you learned. Each move is taught through a step-by-step level system to ensure safety and to build confidence in your practice. You’ll also learn tips for achieving deeper split lines. Pre-requisites: Outside leg hang, inside leg hang, and brass monkey. A full split is not required to attend.

fEMBODY Flow (90 mins): EMBODY YOUR FEMININITY in this sensual heels choreography workshop. You'll be given cues that will encourage you to explore your own version of feminine expression, connection, and embodiment. This workshop includes detailed breakdowns of the choreography's main elements, emphasizing technique and movement quality throughout.

*fEMBODY Flow is all levels, experienced beginner and up.

About Kiana

Kiana Ng is an international pole dance instructor and performer with over 3 years of experience in pole, complemented by more than a decade of teaching gymnastics, yoga, flexibility, and handstands. Her diverse background informs her teaching approach, emphasizing technique, quality, and a deep connection to the body. Kiana’s classes, whether in-studio, virtual, or through her on-demand library, are designed to inspire feminine embodiment and support her students' growth. She is dedicated to helping students master new skills and deepen their understanding of movement, fostering an environment of support and empowerment in everything she offers.

Based in Toronto, she has performed at various shows and competitions, recently placing 2nd at CPAC Nationals in the After Hours Heels 2 category. Passionate about feminine embodiment, she launched fEMBODY Experiences in 2024 to create safe and empowering pole-centered events, shows, and retreats, as well as fEMBODY Studio - a virtual training platform that offers an educational space for all to connect and grow.
