ALL OUT CHOREO - In this 75-minute choreo based workshop we go hard. Using energetic and dramatic movements, we will workshop through key moments and transitions building a jaw dropping routine. Finish this class with an unshakeable confidence and new skills that translate to all areas of pole dance.

SCORPIO SENSUAL FLOW - in a seductive 75 minutes we move through powerful and erotic transitions to tell a story. Tapping into our sensuality, we finish class with a venomous routine, smooth skills and an attention to detail that turns heads.

*All Workshops: ALL levels encouraged - Regressions / progressions / variations provided as needed *Water / Kneepads / Small towel / Heels optional but encouraged
