Come experience the healing power of sound through a sound bath to start your week on an uplifting note! This unique experience features the sounds of the harp, crystal singing bowls, the voice, drums, chimes, flute and various other healing instruments.

Sound healing and sound therapy is a powerful modality that can induce states of deep relaxation and healing in the body, mind and soul.

This workshop does not involve movement. You will be laying comfortably on a yoga mat (bring your own or we have some you can borrow), with bolsters and blankets and will be bathed in sound, allowing you to rest and rejuvenate on the deepest levels.
