Whether you're a seasoned yoga student or a current/aspiring instructor, this comprehensive training offers a deep exploration into the principles, philosophy, and practices of Yin Yoga.

Combining traditional wisdom with modern insights, our dynamic curriculum covers essential topics such as the theory of yin and yang, the meridian system, and the art of holding poses for extended periods. Through interactive lectures, experiential learning, and hands-on practice, participants gain a holistic understanding of Yin Yoga, from anatomy to energetic principles and meditation techniques.

This course qualifies for 15 hours of CE credit with Yoga Alliance for registered yoga teachers. Curriculum includes:

-Yin Yoga history and philosophy

- Main poses of Yin Yoga

-Meridians, connective tissue and fascia

-Target areas of poses

- How to build a class.
