We’ll begin with grounding breathwork and reflective journaling, tuning into what you’re ready to release and what you wish to cultivate this summer. From there, you’ll settle into a restorative sound bath while receiving hands-on or energetic Reiki + marma chakra point activation, guiding your body, mind, and spirit into deep rest and realignment.

We’ll close our ceremony with a burning bowl ritual to honor release and call in your summer intentions.
