Tiger Tension is a form from the Hung Gar, Southern Tiger Crane System, of Kung Fu.  It is instrumental in developing finger, wrist, forearm strength as well as bone and tendon strength.  It is explosive and intense all the while being guided by a strict breathing regimine.  It is common to use a form like this while training Iron Arms or using Iron Rings. It is an invaluable tool in your kung fu training tool kit.
